Not happy? Simply return your products to us within 30 days and we will provide you a refund or a store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost

1. Email hello@starza.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and item(s).
2. Post your return to the address we provide in our reply. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, your choice, within 5–7 business days.
