Orders
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. If you need to cancel, contact us before your order ships. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or there's an error in pricing, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or seasonal demand. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.
